Hi!
I just posted the draft in its current version to
icann-drafts@fitug.de. It is the file named:
"draft-chassapis-human-rights-20000909.txt"
For those not understanding what I am talking
about, I can say, in brief, that it is a text in its
let's say "beta" version, that discusses human
rights in a future form of the Internet, and
tries to establish human rights in the most
general language possible. Because English
is not my native language, maybe some
English people that know legal terminology
may help in the final wording. To all
I wish a pleasant reading.
Now, that the endorsement period ended and
we enter a new period, I feel that it is a good
moment for this draft to appear.
I am thinking of submitting to Unesco's
WebWorld in Sept 16, 2000. Any
comments that arrive before that date will
be seriously considered by me. Then, If
Unesco will accept it for presentation, I
suppose they will also establish a forum
for discussing it, so the discussion will
continue there. Otherwise it will continue
here ;-)
Sincerely,
Constantine Chassapis
