Jefsey and all,
I for one sympathize with your position and feelings here. As
I have many relatives that live in France (The Avignon Area)
whom are of course INEGroup members, and some that also
live in and around Paris, I can personally also agree with your
position as well. On a professional level I agree, that ICANN
seems to be grossly inept or is actively practicing some bizarre
form of racism in the application of their At-Large election
process. It is at least disgusting and repulsive...
