Dear Jeff, dear Marc:
I did not see ICANN call it a tax.
It is a
service charge. ICANN
opens its books to everyone in
an understandable
way. Thus,
there is little room for cheating.
ICANN needs funding
and
I rather have an open service charge
than hidden sponsorships
or
lobbying money from unknown
people channeled through law firms
or
other "non-profit" organizations.
