Olivier,
Don't be fooled by NSI "test bed" announcement.
It is a way of opening 165 new domain name businesses
(55 languages for the three lain TLDs) and potentially 220 if
NSI's own TLD is accepted. The pressure is made in showing
that they are already ready through i-DNS Inc.
They just announced they signed a Chinese registrar.
They will start the test and then ... Who really thinks they
will have Chinese waiting for IEFT? If IEFT says something
they will adapt ..may be. But they will have got the market.
They even took advantage from this to remind every one
there should be only one root (managed by NSI). Could
we know the situation of the proposed new TLDs: there is
probably an ".idn" proposition on its way, by them or
against them?
