I see, I should have added a disclaimer: This is not about silly gender 
games & this is not about what I personally can stand, this about the 
very purpose of this list. Weeks ago we agreed on our intention to 
build up structures for the European At Large Membeship - with or 
without the director to be elected. I take this goal very seriously, and 
am looking for people who do too.
