And a good expert on technical matters related to the Assigned Names and
Numbers. The problem is that so many who can claim this expertise are
apparantly not interested in real-life consequences of the decisions of
their Corporation. I do *not* assume any malice on their part. Only
disinterest. Which is not good either of course.

Again, I do not assume any bad faith with any of the candidates at all
myself, merely partial ignorance. As for WIPO: they do receive email. I do
not get the ones I send back. I do not get a reply either, so maybe they
have only a MTA and not a MUA installed?
