I guess that what happened is the following.
I wrote an unintelligeable sentence in my comments, because I did not know 
what to say, but I wanted to comment anyhow.
Since nobody understood the sentence, but did not dare to admit it, it was 
adopted without discussion.
It happens all the time....

If "we" means "you and I", it is correct (although I have some proposals). 
But I am sure that somebody else already knows what is likely to happen....
