Lutz,
when I say that "TM on internet are subject to DN laws" it means
that TM laws do not apply any more. Period.
As I detail further on, this would be only possible if the DN laws
were made compatible to an acceptable use of TMs as DNs to
both parties. This is not that much stupid since this is what happens
in Andorra (".ad").
