Dear ICANN-Europe:
CPSR is setting up the space for an At Large Members Meeting in Los
Angeles. The meeting will be held on the Sunday (November 12) before the
ICANN Board meeting.
The goal is to begin defining an organization for the At Large membership.
The meeting will hopefully catalyze a process of self-organization -- or at
least useful discussion.
The European region is perhaps ahead of many others in its thinking on this
topic. I believe you could help other regions think about this issue.
The ICANN-Europe forum is (I believe) the appropriate entity to develop the
collective voice for the European region.
In a half-day meeting in Los Angeles, each region could speak for a half
hour about how it is developing.
So here are the questions:
Can ICANN-Europe pick one or more people to speak about the emerging
organizational "paradigm" in your region?
Can ICANN-Europe suggest perhaps 3 people to serve on a program committee?
