If you read what I wrote, you will see that Jeannette agrees with me. And 
you agree with Jeannete.
I say the 4 directors will be elected by a single worldwide consistuency, 
one area having only one Director elect.
(Most probably - due to existing figues - Africa or LAC not being represented)
