I do not believe what I read in the newspapers, because it is always
something wrong with it.
If this article reflects Andy's attitude to the Internet in general,
where he is telling the readers that "they can do whatever they want", I
am not supporting it. It is not a good advice to the individuals in the
Membership.
I hope all the European At Large members will understand that the ICANN
Board is not an Internet Government. The existing laws are still valid.
