Here are the details for the .FR TLDC (TLD Cluster).
Most TLDs do not have this many servers in their cluster.
These are not root servers. Many people call them root servers.
Do all of these servers "cooperate" ?...yes...that is what makes
them a cluster, serving the .FR TLD. They operate as one system.
Some appear to be in France and some in the U.S.

Note...many different RSCs when asked "where is .FR"
can tell people the above information. An RSC is a completely
