This division may make sense to some. But, it is a workers taxonomy. It is
fine for dividing up available work. It is NOT appropriate for equity-share.

Representation within the DNSO is meaningless. The other six constituencies
weren't asked to cough up the tab expected from the ccTLDs. Proportionally,
the representation doesn't match the amount expected. As we ask in American
business, "where is the value?"
For about a $2M investment, the ccTLDs can build their own root-service and
only have to deal with each other. For less than that, they can invest in
equity-share, with VC investment, for a generalized root-service of their
own, for which they can share in the profits as well.
