Thomas and all,

  Thomas, you had ask participants to post subjects and responses
that were not originated or under discussion on the ICANN-Europe
list that may be of interest.  Hence this is why I reposted this, along
with my response to this forum.  If that is not acceptable please
be specific as to whether that is correct.  Otherwise I apologize
if my repost is incorrectly reposted to this forum...
