Clear, short and understandable. Choose any two :-)

Ok to summarize it:
  - Any entry has a unique name consisting of an arbitary number of
    componenets-
  - Each component is a pair of tag and value.
  - To access an entry a incomplete set of components is sufficient.
    Amiguity causes user interaction.
  - Component tags are mangaged by the system itself.
  - There is a hierarchical (sic!) system of name space managers which
can be replicated in almost any way.
  - The name spaces of the managers are distinct.
  - The name spaces can be seperated by otherwise irrelavant components.
