Prior information notice DG XIII/E - Open calls for tenders 1999

2. Category (CPC), description of services and total envisaged value: CPC 861, legal and advisory services.

During the course of 1999, DG XIII/E intends to launch open calls for tenders for services in the following domains in the framework of the Internet action plan.

i.Technical assistance to projects supported by the Internet action plan (12 months, renewable twice for 12 months), 120 000 EUR for 12 months, up to a maximum amount of 360 000 EUR over the whole period. ii.Gathering and dissemination of relevant information for the IAP work programme and its funded initiatives (12 months, renewable twice for 12 months), 210 000 EUR for 12 months, up to a maximum of 630 000 EUR over the whole period. iii.Select organizations that can assist self-regulatory bodies in developing and implementing codes of conduct (12 months, renewable twice for 12 months), 300 000 EUR for 12 months, up to a maximum amount of 800 000 EUR.
