FYI, the U.S. Justice Department today posted a FAQ on the cyber-crime convention, conveniently timed to coincide with a meeting they held this morning with industry and NGO critics. The one claim they made that I will pass along to GILC members is that COE member states say they are not hearing anything from their own companies or citizens. Time to raise the volume.
