Good evening gentlemen,

What recently came in appears to be a complete collection of all documents of the Third Generation [surveillance] Partnership Project [3GPP] Working group SA 3 WG LI concerning their meeting in Ratingen, Germany in January 2001.

The documents include names and companies and display a genre picture of life and customs in a group of mostly EU and US corporate technocrats dedicated to drill holes into the civil networks in the name of lawful interception.

The report is of course the key document.
