Maybe this can help.

Enter the Europarl site (http://www.europarl.eu.int) Select Committees Select Legal Affairs and the Internal Market Select Meeting Documents Select Meeting of 29.01.2001 Under Agenda point number 9 you should find all the amendements made to the Copyright Directive (the only problem is that they are in Word and if you do not have it it will be a problem to read the documents).
