--30 September 2002 Security Contractor Certification According to the National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace, the Bush administration is planning to look into the possibility of requiring computer security contractors to be certified by the government. Critics of this plan say the cost may keep smaller companies, which often have the most capable employees, from obtaining certification.
