this is the third attempt to distribute the first draft of the mission statement (non-paper). If you have got the firsg two mails, please ignore it. As agreed in Bukarest, we should first discuss the draft in our group of seven and to distribute the revised draft to all members for discussion at the end of the week.

The Mission of icannatlarge.com is

 to involve individuals in identifying and analysing issues of interests for individual internet users related to the management of the Internet Domain Name System, IP Addresses, Internet Protocols and the Root Server System;
 to stimulate discussion and a bottom up policy development among individual Internet users worldwide in fields covered by the activities of the Internet Coorporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN);
 to elect representatives by the global individual Internet users community which will coordinate the activities of icannatlarge.com and interact with ICANN and its bodies; 
 to reflect the opinions and interests of individual users in the policy formulation and decision-making process of ICANN and to elaborate recommendations with an impact on resulting policies;
 to participate in ICANNīs bottom up policy development and decision making processes and to work within the ICANN structure towards 
 openess and transparency;
 accountability;
 geographical and functional diversity in the composition of Boards, Committees, Task Forces. Working Groups, Sos and other bodies, establishd by ICANN;  
 to evaluate critically the development of ICANN from an individual Internet users perspective;
