  How are the "Watchdogs" determined?  Whom selected/elected them?
When did you get designated as a Watchdog, Joanna?  After
yet again reviewing the Archives for this Forum, I again noted
that several other members, including myself, volunteered for
Watchdog's for this upcoming election.  Hence my questions...
