Alex and all stakeholders or interested parties,

  I do not believe that we can separate the two Alex.  I also
do believe that you understand that clearly as well, but that
you are attempting here to separate the Election and the
Mission statement for reasons not necessarily related
to the At-Large effort(s).  Perhaps I am reading your
last statement (See below) incorrectly?  Please advise.
