Danny and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

i we [INEGroup] predicted in several posts I made to the
DNSO GA Forum and the NCDNHC forum, the ISOC has been
and will remain as long as the current ICANN BoD and staff
can manage it, to be the defacto "At-Large" for ICANN even though
the ISOC no longer itself allows for individual members to vote on issues
or even now it's own Directors. I would there for myself suggest that
any or all of you ask yourselves is this representative of the stakeholders/users

in any where near an open and transparent fashion?
