Actually, based on the Panel discussion list there is more support expressed for
Joanna than either yourself or Jamie.  Also, I would hardly characterize your
past stance as "moderate", your beaviour in Bucharest illustrated your own
extremism very nicely, thank you.  Please produce evidence that any panel members
besides yourself have a real problem with Joanna being Chair.

Also, why must a vote on the Panel be anonymous?  I should think that it's
simplest and best if the Panel voted onlist and publicly for their Chair.
Especially since there is no established process or rules.
