I'd quite like these if they were www.gov.com  etc

Then you could call the organisation "Government of the Net"
which would have a two-layer meaning.

For the focus-on-ICANN members, it would government of the DNS in ICANN

For the broad mission people like me, it would imply a kind of People's
Government, which could also involve broader matters in due course.

However I'm NOT so keen on www.wwwgov.com
