Though I disagree with some of what the article says, definitely it is worth reading.

Folks may also want to check in from time to time with the new blog of Princeton CS Prof. Ed Felten, "Freedom to Tinker," http://www.freedom-to-tinker.com/. Ed just finished a sabbatical year at Stanford Law, has had more direct dealings with government than most of us ever will have.

(Ed's a friend and client, but I wouldn't mention his blog unless, as he develops it - he's in the midst of a cross-country drive right now - unless I truly thought that it would be good and interesting to this group. ;-)
