Norbert and all stakeholdres or other interested parties and members,
I wonder how http://latinoamericann.derecho.org.ar relates to
http://www.lacnic.org? Do you know Norbert, does
Alejandro? Seems to me that there is some split in
latin america regarding whom represents the interests
of a large and growing block of latin americans in
the so called "ICANN Reform Process" .... In addition
INEGroup has a fairly good size structure in Latin America
that's membership exceeds what I can gather both
http://latinoamericann.derecho.org.ar and
http://lacnic.org . Yet for some time now the
DNSO NC, the ICANN BOD and staff have
routinely and consistently denied our members from
active and direct participation. That form of
CENSORSHIP is impacting, and will continue to
undermine any so called reform effort the ICANN
Staff would undertake.
