  It was rejected as I recall Joop.  I think it should have been rejected
as well.  Such a Webmaster Charter should be ratified by the members
and submitted to them as such after the Panel has had an opportunity
to review it should that task be in their purview.

  Yes to a point.  But not ever little thing on the Web site should need
to be approved by the members unless a particular central issue
is to be posted there in our names...  Links and such need not have
members approval.

  Ok.  So how do we get Bret to turn them over to whomever the members
choose, now of in the future?  What is the process for doing that?
