RE: [atlarge-discuss] Our New Name Isn't...

At-Large,
I have been watching this thread (and its twins) for over 24 hours now,
and I don't see what the big problem is.

Here is what I see:
We voted on ICANNATLARGE.ORG, ATLARGE.ORG came in second; Marc
has control of both.

I can see where this can be a bit annoying, but there are other domains
that will work for the organization without being a big problem. You
people are still assuming that Marc is an evil DN tyrant who is out to
make money from this organization. As I understand it, Marc has been
contacted and his is in Germany away from a reliable connection, but he
responded, and it appears as though he is willing to discuss the
possibility of giving the domain to the organization.

Does anyone have the .INT registration requirements handy? I can't seem
to find them. Once the organization is official, I can see where an INT
domain could become possible, if I am remembering the requirements
properly.

Best wishes,

The real reason was Dave, that the IDNO was never a legal entity
at that time. Sound familiar a la ICANNATLARGE.???
Previews of coming attractions perhaps? I sure hope not.

It is not longer ICANNATLARGE.ORG Dave. We officially and
actually now don't have a DN thanks to Jefsey's inability fro some
reason to transfer the DN ICANNATLARGE.ORG to someone
that could or would handle this and the problem with the misconfigured
Name servers. So we have taken a big step backwards instead of
forwards.
