Chris and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  This is a pointless diatribe.  If you are not a legal registered citizen
of the country you live in, than you should not be considered
by any body for any reason, to vote from that region or country.

  So Chris, if you live in Mexico, become a citizen of Mexico
so you can be reasonably counted or considered to vote from
there.  Otherwise, forget about it!  >;)
