Barbara and all,

  I agree with you for the most part as do our [INEGroup] members.
I disagree that even if ICANN were to stick to technical  management
that Usres, whom are greatly effected by some or even many technical
related aspects of ICANN, should not remain with a voice and a vote,
otherwise direct input...  IPv6 is a good example....
