"The panel thanks RIPE-NCC for supplying a room for free for an
icannatlarge.org meeting in Amsterdam on December 14.

The panel approves to set up such meeting, open to all, to discuss the
following issues:
- Bylaws and incorporation of icannatlarge.org
- Relationships between icannatlarge.org, other At Large efforts and
ICANN
- ICANN Reform process, ALAC and RALO creation

The panel delegates YJ Park to finalize the agenda and organization of
the meeting, and to take care of its advertisement."
