MOTION #D001: MAILING LIST RULES

"The following actions are forbidden on any public mailing list
managed by icannatlarge.org, including the working group lists:
1) spamming or posting commercial advertisement
2) posting by using bots
3) posting with fake or forged identities (except for personal
security reasons, after explicit authorization by the panel)
4) flooding with meaningless messages
5) repeatedly posting off-topic messages
6) insulting or personally attacking other participants

Violation of these rules will be punished with a temporary ban
(lasting at least 15 days and to be removed at the request of the
banned participant), or, if the participant has already been deemed
guilty of such violation in the past, with a permanent ban.

Action to apply the aforementioned punishments will be taken by the
list administrator of each list, either by his personal initiative or
after request by other participants. In this case, the list
administrator will post a warning to the affected list(s), and if no
objections are received in the next 24 hours (other than from the
punished poster), he will then apply the ban. If objections arise,
then the panel will vote to decide whether a violation has really
occurred.

Existing bans may however be lifted at any time by a panel vote."
