I think we could save lots of time and effort if the panel
self-dissolved itself. And what if our membership told us they don't
want to have elections, but there is no panel any more as everyone but
me, Jefsey, Bruce plus a few inactive people resigned?

I am not happy with this ending, and I have tried to keep things
going, but I cannot keep the panel alive alone.

There is no time provision for the elections in my motion except than
"as soon as possible" - this to allow you and whoever will run the
election to prepare everything.
