Judyth and all,

  Thank you for passing this along.  Very interesting and perhaps
helpful.  Unfortunately the "Required Formats" by which these
papers must be submitted in does not include standard Text
or RTF, which are the only actual Internet standards.  DOC
files are prone to viruses, and .PDF is hardly standard fair...
