Eric and all fellow members,

  The members have already spoken.  They voted to disband the
Panel in Joops poll called upon by the active or participating members.
That IS positive.  Hence to deny such is a negative gesture.  Perhaps
a recognition of the facts, would be a positive post from yourself
and the now "Axis of disruption", yourself, Jefsey, and Bruce...
