Same thing happened to me, when I sent in my election protest Withdrawal
Announcement :   [ http://www.icannatlarge.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=334 &
the read replies]
The: execlub.org  Mail manager withheld the rebroadcast to the Mail-List
because the letter was to large,
thus no one on the mail-list received the Announcement.  It will be
interesting to see if I am still on the Ballot.
