'The problem' - as in why we are having one and need to address it.

     An election was called, an attempt to formalize the legitimacy
     of this group, a way to represent our collective voice in a way
     that harvests a real power base of focussed interest in a way
     that will be able to accomplish the generation of respect for
     that interest.

'of Technology' - as in use it.

     Websites, bulletin boards, email lists, instant messaging, blogs,
     wiki, chats, voip, subnets, vnc, vpn, peer agreements, all built
     to handle problems to different ends.  New ways are constantly
     being designed just because the problem refuses to be
     satisfied.  We need to approach from a perspective of need
     and then develop the solution instead of squabble about how
     the tools being used don't fit the job they are being asked to do.

'capacity' - as in appreciation.

     Respect by appreciation comes from the depth of the human
     ability to pick up a new ideas, make them their own, fully explore
     the scope of impact, and marvel at bottomlessness suggested
     from the Liberty offering opportunity being discovered.
