Re: [atlarge-discuss] My Candidacy Information

Ron and all fellow members,

Although I agree with you that democracy works far better with "Good"
diplomacy. We here as members of the ICANNATLARGE.ORG
have had far to little of "Good" Diplomacy as we are made up
of mostly users, stakeholders, or both. Very few folks in
any atlarge of users would have diplomatic experience of any
significant tenure. However I also must agree strongly with
Sotiris in both content and tone in his remarks to which you
are referring to in your response (See below).

One must also recognize that diplomacy is often misused as an excuse
to not accomplish something that is obviously needed to be accomplished,

such as the removal of Saddam's regime in Iraq. Many times as well
we have seen and witnessed ICANN BOD and staff members
hide behind the excuse of diplomacy to disenfranchise
stakeholders/users.
I believe Sotiris tone of his comments/remarks reflect the results
of such needless and fruitless use of diplomacy, and rightly so.
The representation of stakeholders/users is hard ball politics and has
been sense MdR 2000.
