 If this was only true.  But it isn't.  Cream rises to the top
unless hampered or interfered with.  Stones sink to the bottom
and never rise without interference.  Now we have stones
getting a helping hand, and the cream skimmed.

  Nothing tough about it.  Just keep-u-hands off.  Let the members
decide and determine.  They know or will determine whom they wish
to be their nominees, and eventually their leaders.
