And yet in another message you call for another parallel vote 
using Joop's voting booth - without calling for him to expose 
it's source code. How can you justify that?

I'd also like to see the source of *any* script/program used
to tally the votes, but since there is more than one person
watching the outcome, I'm willing to go with the current 
program. Obviously this is something the Panel should address
as one of it's first action items.
