As someone who in the past was a watchdog (but would not be one now, under
the conditions given us), and knowing the details of the watchdog process,
I again ask the current watchdogs to explain to us, all, exactly what they
are doing, and how that is a meaningful process.

It is patently obvious that there are no watchdogs.  FRAUD.
