This is true Bruce, but does not and did not apply any longer
or further when the Panel was devolved or otherwise done
away with via the poll that Joop took and a representative sample
of the members voted in favor to remove that Panel in favor of electing
a new panel.

The Panel was not elected originally as "Leaders". They were not
in any way and "Executive" Branch or this fledgling organization. In any
event the Panel was not even a representative(s) for the members. It had
a very specific mandate of tasks to work upon. This it failed to do,
and as a result lead to it's demise. This is how it should be. So your
drawing such a comparison is not really compatible in any way.

First off you have your historical facts incorrect here. In any event
again ICANNATLARGE.ORG is not a country, and does not yet
even have a set of Bylaws or a Charter. Hence such comparisons
to a actual government in this sense is incompatible on any footing.

He did not nominate them though now did he? Jefsey did the nominating.
