Richard and all fellow members,

  If any "Panel" is to serve the members how can any draft bylaws that
are not posted on the ICANNATLARGE.ORG web site be considered
actual draft bylaws?  I suggest that they cannot.  Have you not seen
my and Joanna's suggestions to modifications to the draft bylaws
on the icannia.org web site that Danny rightly posted to this
forum as did I and Joanna?  Are we to expect and accept that
our, as members efforts are to be ignored or not included?
Please advise Richard.
