So as to have it included in the "record," and in case in the future there
is ever a question as to "who," by their silence, acquiesced to the
accuracy and completeness of the process we used, and to the lack of any
errors or irregularities resulting from the process or in the results
reported...

votes tallied are as was voted - the process's accuracy and completeness
was not fully controlled, as a complex process that cannot be manually
re-created, the process's accuracy and completeness and the lack of any
errors or irregularities is, therefore, and remains, an unknown.
