Joop and all fellow members,

  Now Joop here makes a very good and really the only
valid concern regarding identities for the purposes of this
membership.  That being dual-indentities.  These indeed need
to be first positively identified that they actually exist, which
is going to be difficult from a E-Mail list forum such as this one
given the E-Mail headers are easily changed, forged or otherwise
manipulated.  But when positively determined, they indeed should
be challenged as Joop suggest.
