I agree.  Let's put *all* our efforts into the bylaws until they are
completed.  We tried the "fragmented" method before, where everyone went of
on their own pateh and it got us nowhere.  So let's get some basic rules
down "on paper" first.

But I agree with Sotiris: membership verification needs to be worked.
