Hello Walter:

I agree with you 100 per cent.  We are spending too much bandwidth on this list trying to 
deal with an age old problem.  The Provisional Membership Committee should carry out 
their business offline and, thereby, reduce the amount of chatter.  It would probably be 
best that the committee submit a report once a week to the panel regarding updates and 
issues.

Folks -

Perhaps we can (Please can we) put an end to one of our discussions, by
dealing with and agreeing to what we do know...and moving on:

 - There is a person or persons who posts as JW.
 - Others have spoken to someone claiming to be JW.
 - Others have seen someone claiming to be JW.
 - The answers to questions concerning JW vary over time.
 - Opinions concerning JW and JW-Posts vary.
 - Discussions concerning JW tend to be non-productive.
 - JW-Posts have been around for a while.
 - It appears JW-Posts will be with us for a while.

   And:

 - Further attempts to refine our understanding of JW appear to be either
futile or to require more of our time than we should have to spend.

Therefore, we move on.
