Re: [atlarge-discuss] Time for Vote of No Confidence

I suggest Sebastian is given a period of time to defend his record and his position on the panel.

I suggest he confirms whether or not he has voted on any motions (and how many); and that the Panel Chair confirms how many times he believes Sebastian has and has not voted.

I suggest Sebastian is given a fixed period of time to argue his case, and in the absence of any defence (or interest) then at that stage I would consider supporting a vote of no confidence.

In fact, it would be interesting if the Panel Chair could give the Membership (through this list) a tally of how many times out of how many votes, each Panelist has voted to date.

In my opinion, there should be minimal tolerance for a panelist if he/she does not bother to vote, because participation through voting is fundamental.

Sebastian! An invitation : speak out or make way for Snr Mauro!

Kind regards,

Richard Henderson

  @Large members,

  Reviewing the Panel efforts to date, almost all have begun to contribute in some fashion, but there is one significant missing panelist. In the time since the controversial election, this Panelist has made only three Postings to the Panel mailing list, has never voted on ANY of the Motions before the Panel, and has never replied to any efforts from the previous Verification & Certification effort. It is my opinion that it is far past time to remove this ghost from the panel and add the person with the next highest number of votes, A. S. Mauro.

  Therefore, I would make the motion to the entire membership for an immediate "No Confidence" vote on Sebastian Klein. I hope that this will receive your immediate attention and that there will be a formal "Second" before more time is wasted trying "to make a horse drink after being led to the water".

  Regards T'all,
